Shipping policy

While we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, Please allow between 1-5 days for your items to be processed and painted.  Please note: during busy periods orders may require more time to be processed. If any delays are expected you will be notified.

We offer flat rate shipping with tracking for up to 10 items

$11.50 Standard Post (3-5 days) 

$15 Express Post (1-3 days).

For larger orders please contact us for a shipping quote. 

All orders unless stated otherwise will be shipped by Australia Post. We do not take responsibility for any delayed, lost or damaged parcels.

Click and Collect: If you are local to the Queen VIC Market you can place your order online and select to collect it from our store located at Container No. 15 in the String Bean Alley Precinct. 

We are open every Thursday and Friday from 9am to 3pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.

You will receive a notification to confirm that your order is ready to be collected.
