Refund policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalised Items

Because many of our products are custom airbrushed or personalised, these items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.

This includes items with:

  • Custom names or text

  • Custom colour selections

  • Personalised designs

If your personalised item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange one of the following where appropriate:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund

Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the issue is due to our error or a faulty product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
